Senator Lindsey Graham has raised concerns about President Biden’s mental fitness and has called on both Biden and Trump to undergo cognitive tests.
In a CBS “Face the Nation” interview, Graham expressed his concern about the national security implications of Biden’s health, stating, “Most of us are concerned with the national security implications of this debate about President Biden’s health. Most Democrats are worried about Biden winning the election. I’m worried about Biden being the commander in chief for the next four months.”

Senator Graham added, “Here’s what I worry about, that our allies see a compromised Joe Biden. That our enemies see a compromised Joe Biden. Given all the evidence in front of us, he is not only in denial; this is a dangerous time for the American people to have somebody at the ship, leading the ship of state who seems to be compromised.”
Going forward, all nominees for President and those in the line of succession should be required to have a cognitive exam.

Graham also said that both President Biden and Trump should be required to undergo neurological exams regularly. He added, “I think everybody going forward in the line of succession should have a neurological exam on a regular basis.”
